Bath Street Redevelopment
We are pleased to announce that we have submitted our detailed planning application for the regeneration of Bath Street and the surrounding area.

“There is a great deal of public support for the Bath Street Redevelopment which will significantly regenerate this area of St Helier, provide a boost for tourism, create employment, and deliver much-needed housing – £70m of investment, all at no cost to the taxpayer...the feedback from our public event was incredibly positive, with the majority of attendees excited to see this tired part of St Helier completely regenerated.” - Brian McCarthy, Managing Director, Le Masurier

Thank you for your valuable feedback and your support of the #BathStreetRedevelopment project.

Le Masurier, which has remained under Jersey family ownership since 1835, is holding two public exhibitions of the plans for the Bath Street Redevelopment at the Freedom Centre Jersey (formerly the Odeon Cinema). Islanders are invited to attend on the afternoons of the 9th and 10th April to see images of the impressive new site and to leave feedback.

Great to be involved with this project, congratulations to the whole teamHighstead - Complete

Before construction, the existing site consisted of a large derelict barn and a run down granite structure known as the farm and coach house. 18 Months later and we have transformed the site back to life. Utilising the old barn structure we have constructed 10 apartments and 3 houses within. The Coach house and Farm House have been refurbished back to modern standards and in addition there are also 3 New build houses towards the front of the site. In addition to the properties on the site, the external areas have also been modernised with new hard and soft landscaping throughout.

We would like to thank Highstead Developments Limited for entrusting us with the delivery of this project. Thanks must also go to Colin Smith Partnership, Castletree group and Ross Gower.
