CSP were appointed as QS/Cost Consultants to assist RBC with their CAT B fit out, together with other commercial aspects of the re-location into 66-72 Esplanade (Gaspe House).

RBC agreed terms with the Landlord for the lease of Third, Fourth and Fifth Floor, together with their own designated Ground floor reception area all located over approximately 90,000 sq.ft. RBC’s fit out of the floor space set a precedent in the Jersey CAT B market for its quality and bespoke level of fit out.
